Dr. Walter Rohregger has extensive experience in leading national and international companies in senior executive roles. First with GKN, a global engineering group, where he spent 25 years and most recently as the CEO at Wittur, a private equity owned leading independent supplier of elevator components and solutions.
Walter has lived with his family in Italy, Germany, Japan, China, Singapore and currently resides in the UK. Walter holds a Degree as Mechanical Engineer in Bolzano/Italy and a Doctorate from the University at Turin/Italy.
Stephen has held a number of senior finance positions at Fläkt Woods Group since joining in 2002, at a country, regional and Head Quarters level.
He has lived and worked in the UK, Singapore, Germany and Italy and is currently located in Geneva, Switzerland.
Stephen is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and has previously led finance teams for Marconi Software Solutions, Fujitsu/ICL, Whirlpool Europe & Wang (UK) Limited.
Meik is a fully qualified lawyer and has gained broad experience in the mechanical engineering industry. He has been in the position of Legal Counsel in various entities within GEA Group AG. After the acquisition of the former GEA Heat Exchangers Group by TRITON he advised Kelvion Group, ENEXIO Group and DencoHappel Group in all legal and compliance matters. In 2016 he was appointed General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the DencoHappel Group.
Josef is a graduated engineer in Informatics at the Technical University in Vienna and holds a Doctorate from the Politecnico di Padova. He has gathered extensive experience in the areas of IT and Supply Chain, holding various leadership positions within GKN, a global engineering group. Josef successfully lead and supported the globalization process within GKN, driving change and building a strong IT team. Throughout his career Josef has always worked very closely to the business, thus delivering value and driving high-performance. Josef lives with his family in Italy, Bruneck.
Barbara has gathered broad HR experience from various industries including building materials, biotech and tobacco before she joined FläktGroup in February 2017.
She has extensive strategic global business-partnering expertise with a strong focus on driving cultural change and employee engagement as well as implementing HR strategies that are aligned with achieving business goals, which include talent and performance management, organizational development, as well as hiring and retention strategies.
Barbara is a certified lawyer, she has worked in various countries in Europe & Asia and lives in Munich with her family.
Rene is an agricultural engineer, studied business economics at the Nijenrode University and holds an MBA from the Hasselt University. In 2005, he joined the Air Treatment Business of GEA Group as Managing Director in the Netherlands. In 2010 he was appointed as President of the Business Unit Air Treatment and in 2015 was appointed as CEO of the newly founded DencoHappel. Prior to this he held several leadership positions in the Food Industry.
Erin has gathered broad experience during her previous career in the automotive industry and more recently when working within the elevator industry. Her past responsibilities have included a variety of functions within Sales & Marketing, Logistics and Purchasing. Erin is a Chinese citizen from the city of Shanghai. She has worked for different international groups such as GKN, Continental and Wittur both in China and Europe. Currently she lives in Munich with her family.
Torsten acquired his Marketing experience with Procter & Gamble where he was involved in creating significant value through introduction of a brand in Europe and the Far East leading to a world brand and one of the highest profit contributors for P&G. Prior to joining Flakt Woods in July 2008 he set up his own entrepreneurial venture. Torsten has worked and lived in the Nordics, Switzerland, UK, Middle/Far East and in the US. He holds a Master of Science in Strategy and Finance from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from INSEAD, acquired after tenure with McKinsey & Co in Copenhagen.
Ing. Aldino Zeppelli holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna and attended a Master in Engineering at Insead in Paris.
Aldino has extensive senior executive experience in world leading multinational Companies and worked in Germany,Turkey, Switzerland, France and China.
Over the last 3 years he was employed as Managing Director China Operations for Sandvik Group, a global engineering Company in tools for metal cutting and in the Mining & Construction Industries.
