The CGx air outlet, designed for turbulent displacement flow, is equipped with a HEPA filter as the last filter stage, boasting high efficiency in filtration of particle-shaped air pollutants of all types, including microorganisms.

Air showers reliably remove contamination from clothes of personnel or surfaces of materials entering or leaving a cleanroom.

The laminar airflow unit (FHM) provides product or process protection by supplying a low-turbulent clean air supply, minimizing the risk of contaminants from surrounding areas.

D-MAXX access control system is designed to ensure compliance with mode of movement of personnel and material within clean rooms.

• Interlock system ensures that in the airlock, doors cannot be opened simultaneously, preventing sudden pressure equalization and safeguarding the cleanliness and integrity of the cleanroom environment
• D-MAXX system includes D-MAXX control, optical sensor, electromechanical or electromagnetic lock, power supply, signaling units 
• Signaling units provide optical and acoustic signaling of the door opening position

Fresh Breeze fan-filter unit (FFU) is equipped with a radial fan and a HEPA filter. It is intended to supply filtered air to clean room areas that require uniform airflow.

• Two sizes: FB 12 (600 x 1200 mm) and FB 24 (1200 x 1200 mm)
• H13 or H14 HEPA filter with a fluid seal
• Pre-filter and water cooler as an option
• Optional automatic constant air-flow control regardless of filters clogging

Transfer doors are utilized as partitions for material airlocks, offering a convenient solution for transferring items between areas with different cleanliness classifications.

FläktEdge is a control system for ventilation and heating for small and medium-sized buildings.

The EMXS damper is suitable for airflow control in special applications, such as laboratories where rapid reaction is required. Air flow dampers equipped with a Belimo controller are suitable for VAV and CAV applications.

• Fast actuator, with an operating time of 2.4 s / 90°
• The pressure sensor is integrated in the controller
• The sensor is maintenance free and requires no calibration
