About the Position:

As a Contract Manager at Fläktgroup, you will oversee and manage our contracts from inception to completion, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and the highest group standards of quality and safety. This role is crucial in driving the company's growth in critical applications.

In more detail, as a Contract Manager, you will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and amendments with clients and subcontractors,
• Manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and subcontractor contracts for various activities.
• Ensure contract compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors based on performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee subcontractor performance for quality service delivery.
• Manage supply chain risk and governance processes.
• Identify potential pitfalls and take preemptive action to safeguard against contractual and operational risks.
• Proactively handle claims and resolve disputes with clients and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with legal teams on complex contract issues.
• Foster transparent communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide regular contract status updates to senior management.

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in contract management or law are a plus.
• 3-5 years’ experience in contract management, preferably in EPCM, the HVAC industry or related fields.
• Strong understanding of EPCM contracts and the HVAC industry.
• Experience in commercial negotiations with strong contracting skills.
• Fluency in English.
