High-quality components are used. All units perform a 100 % test run in the factory. The units are ideal for the comfort cooling of commercial buildings like offices, shops or malls, hotels, universities, laboratories or theatres. Combined with our fan-coil units, chilled beams and/or air handling units, effective and efficient air conditioning systems with low refrigerant charges can be set up.

Variable pump speed (VPS)
Highly efficient speed controlled inverter pumps are available. By adapting the flow rate according to the actual cooling load, the water-side delta T can be kept constant in a wide range. The power demand of the pump is proportional to the third potential of the change in the pump speed. This means a reduction of 50% in rotational speed results in a reduction of the power consumption to 12.5%! The overall consumption can be reduced by 45 % leading to pack-back times of about 1 year compared to constant speed pumps.Silent operation
By using special insulation material for the compressor chamber and lower fans speeds, the unit is available in a super-low noise design. Even in standard execution the units achieve unbeatable low noise levels.Refrigerant R-513A
Our full inverter screw and standard screw compressor units are available with the alternative refrigerant OpteonTM XP10 (R-513A, GWP 631). This reduces the global warming potential (GWP) by 56 % compared to traditional refrigerants. R-513A is a particularly economical refrigerant, as the power yield is approx. identical to that of traditional refrigerants and safety class A1 is also achieved (non-flammable / non-combustible).Refrigerant R-454B
Our scroll compressor units are available with the alternative refrigerant OpteonTM XL41 (R-454B, GWP 466). This reduces the global warming potential (GWP) by 78% compared to the conventional refrigerant R-410A. Due to the future further tightening of the CO2 equivalent quotas by the F-Gas regulation, chillers with the refrigerant R-454B are particularly future-proof.
