Solution: Heat pumps were showing signs of leakage and were no longer delivering most efficient supply. Old heat pumps were refurbished ensuring all previous damage and deterioration was removed and the equipment was left looking as good as new. Plant room area was cleaned and the environment was clean and accessible.
