Secure I.T. Environments Ltd have worked in association with FläktGroup for over 14 years in a combined approach to the Cooling Design aspect of our Data Centre Design and Build Business
Using the expertise of the FläktGroup M & E engineers we have sustained and developed our Data Centre Design and Build business to provide to wide range of Solutions and Projects with the key focus on offering energy efficient Cooling Solutions.
We have found working with FläktGroup and utilizing not only their product portfolio into our Data Centres, but also the added advantage of using their experienced in-house engineers to assist in the design and installation of our Cooling Solution to our clients. All engineers carrying out works are polite, knowledgeable, thorough, with exceptional attention to detail with all works completed to the highest of standards.
As outline above, we have over the past 14 years worked closely with the maintenance division of FläktGroup to carry out our client’s preventative maintenance and out of hours support services covered within our annual maintenance contracts.
Once again, the cooperation and experience of the maintenance team we have found to be efficient and proactive on response times, reporting, fault finding and remedial works as required by our clients SLA’s.
Finally, this support service ensures that our clients have total confidence in both Companies for the works outlined above.
