What information do I need to perform a search?
You can search by order number or the units serial number.
What units are covered by this service?
The service currently doesn’t support all AHUs manufactured by FläktGroup. We are working to expand this service to all FläktGroup AHUs.

Where can I find my unit’s serial number?
The serial number can be found on your unit’s name plate. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code found on your unit’s name plate.
Why isn’t a match found when I search for my unit?
Make sure you have included the prefix ‘ACON-xxxxxxxx’.
Make sure your unit matches the list of compatible units listed above.
Make sure your unit was manufactured within the date ranges supported by this service.
